Ceres Unified School District is pleased to offer at no cost Administrator Induction to all district administrators who possess a Certificate of Eligibility or a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. Candidates work with a coach and reflection upon their leadership practice. The Individualized Induction Program (IIP) allows candidates to select areas for professional growth and learning through action research.
To be eligible, candidates must satisfy all of the following requirements to be granted admission to the program:
Possess a valid Preliminary Administrative Services Credential,
Be working in an administrative position,
Complete an intake meeting with the Induction Program Administrator and complete required documents.
The candidate will be recommended for the California Clear Administrative Services Credential with the completion of:
Two successful years of experience in a full-time administrative position, and
All program requirements.
