ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT

The Athletic Department at Central Regional strives to provide our student-athletes with a comprehensive, well-planned and balanced program of the following 31 interscholastic sports:

FALL:

Cheerleading, Cross Country - Boys' & Girls', Field Hockey, Football, Gymnastics, Soccer - Boys' & Girls', Tennis - Girls', Volleyball - Girl's

WINTER:

Basketball - Boys' & Girls', Bowling - Boys' & Girls', Competition Cheerleading, Ice Hockey, Swimming - Boys' & Girls', Winter Cheerleading, Winter Track Boys' & Girls', Wrestling

SPRING:

Baseball, Golf - Boys' & Girls', Lacrosse - Girls', Softball, Tennis - Boys' , Track & Field - Boys' & Girls' , Volleyball - Boys', Lacrosse- Boys'

Central Regional is a member of the NJSIAA and the Shore Conference.
