Simple workout that you can do to help increase your speed.
One of the most overlooked parts of basketball is agility. If you want to play lock down defense and be nimble on offense you need quick feet.
I high recommend ladder workouts. They can be challenging at first, but it is a great way to get quicker feet and if you mess up you will know it. I recommend going through each drill 2-3 times. If you lead your with your right foot one way, alternate to your left foot going the other way. That counts as 1 time though.
