Painting 1

I got my idea from an old photo I have hanging in my bedroom. I just fell in love with it because it's a fun, black and white photo and it was me when I was younger. This artwork means that a lot to me because it's one of my favorite photos. I haven't finished it but I was planning to add texture to the dress and hopefully finish the whole painting. Something I would change and work on is again finishing it and the dress, I just started painting it so that was the first coat. I just needed to do the 2nd coat and add texture with waves. The thing I love is the face and hair, I haven't finished it but it looks just like the picture.
