Metal, Black Paint, Tools for metal, Newspaper and felt
The source of inspiration for my art piece was a picture from SchoolArtsRoom on google images.
The process of creating this work was I draw what I wanted on a piece of paper. Then I projected it on the board and copied it on to a piece of paper to make it bigger. Then we cut the medal to the size that I wanted and taped the paper to it. I started to outline it then I took the paper off. I started to convex and concave. Then left some the neutral. Then I glued it to black paper and put those rose gold dots on it and framed it.
I demonstrated persistence when I faced challenges by when I was making one of my flower petals it cracked and I did not know what do to. Then I thought I could just make it look old so I left it and did not try to fix it because I was going to fix everything else to make it look old.
I took a creative when I put the dots around my metal work because I did not know if it was going to look good are not but I think it looks really good and I like it.
I think that I like most about my work is how old it looks. I left most of the paint and left the cracks to make it look older.
If I could start over I would make my artwork a little smaller. I think my artwork is just a little too big, but overall I like it.

“Colors in the Sky”
(10”x8”)
Photoshop
I was looking for inspiration on google and I saw a hot air balloon and then a heart and I could not decide which one I wanted to create. I thought I would do both and make a hot air balloon with hearts around it.
I draw the drawing on paper then we scanned the drawing. Then I put it in photoshop and I traced the drawing and added color to it. I use most of the tools to get the effects that I did.
For the 2 clouds that I put on the picture, it was difficult to make it look like a cloud it was not working. Then I tried the smudge and it worked well but before that, I did not know how I was going to make the clouds.
I learned how to use all of the tools on photoshop because there were somethings that I could not do. So I tried all of the tools and foud which one works for what.
I love the hot air balloon and how colorful it is and how the clouds add the effect that it is high in the sky. I love it all.
If I started over I would make the flowers on the hill a little bigger and make more clouds in the sky. Overall I like this art workpiece a lot.

“Sea Side”
(9” x 8“ x 4 2/8”)
Clay and Glaze
Was waves for the blue side. I liked how the waves are different shades of blue. The side with the rocks I got inspiration from rock beds outside of peoples houses and I think that they looked really pretty.
I constructed the 4 walls to the base of the clay. Then I mad the rocks and scored and slipped them on. After that, I made the pattern on the side. Then we let it dry. After that I glazed Everything and it was done.
Making the rocks smooth I had a really hard time with that but I got it and I think they look good. Also, coloring the yellow was very hard because there were very small spaces.
I tryed making rocks and I did not know if they were going to turn out or not look good. Also, making that pattern and putting two different colors on it and trying not to mix them.
The part that like the most is is The waves side. I like the different colors and how they are wavy.
If I could start over and change something I would change the rocks I would change them. I would make them smoother and look more like rock and smaller.
