Emily Miller " Flamingo with a pearl necklace {Fancy Flamingo (boujee Flam)}"

I thought of the idea to paint this because I like flamingos and symmetry so I decided to paint just that with some palm leaves for symmetry, but it needed something more so I made it fancy and have a pearl necklace and golden crown and beak. There is not a specific meaning for this painting because I made it for fun so when people look at I want people to remember life doesn't have to be so serious. Just live life and have more fun.If I could start over I would make this a larger painting and make it more realistic yet still cartoons like with lots of brush strokes and colors.I love the way the pearl necklace turned out and would love to make more paintings with pearls.

I got the idea as I painted it to make as relaxing and fun as possible with many brush strokes and few close details.This is a forest with some trees and water its suppposed to be sort of dream-like and fun. Its supposed to be carefree and playful. When you look at it you should like your flowing through nature and you are light as a feather.I love the way the water looks all waving and has nice shading although if i could start over I would rather it all be a darker murkey green blue so it looks more like a natural lake.
