Metal, Metal tooling tools, Lots of different fabric, Hot glue, Lace
The videos we first had to watch to learn how to do metal tooling is what inspired me to do a sun, I started by just adding as much detail into the sun as possible, then I just glued on all kinds of fabric with different patterns and texture, and then I saw the little white lace pieces and that's what gave me the idea to do a full sky with stars. I kept making holes in the metal so in those places I just added more black wash. I took a creative risk by doing the fabric because it is simple but I kept adding more color so it turned out more wild. I Turned out liking the finished product, but I think I could add more detail into the sun to make it stick out better.

Photoshop Elements
When we first started thinking about our photoshop project I had no clue what I wanted to do, But when I looked through the projects from last year I saw one with music notes, and headphones, and I was like “I want to do something with music!”. So I drew the word music in bubble letters and did some music notes, then I put in into photoshop and started to color and outline the letters. I thought it needed more so then I added texture to the letters and made a faded background. I had no clue what I wanted to do for the background, so when I found out that I could do the faded background I was amazed. I ended up liking the word music the most, because when I added the thing that made the letters look 3D was my favorite. I think on my music notes I should have faded them to make them look more like they were going into the light, but overall I liked the process, I never even knew photoshop was a thing.

Clay, Glaze, and Camera
I have always liked alligators, so my first thought was to do an alligator with teeth on the inside, and some big eyes on top. I did two pinch bowls, one for the bowl, and one for the lid. Then I formed little triangles for the teeth, and placed then all around the perimeter of the bowl. I painted the whole lid and bowl black with white and yellow glass beads. For the eyes I painted them white and red. The over all project turned out looking like a frog from the inside and an alligator from the outside, that's what gave me the idea to name it the allitoad. One of the risked I took was the teeth, I didn't know if they were going to stay on but I knew they looked cool so I went ahead and did it. If I had to changed one thing about my project it would be the colors, I would make them lighter and do more layers so it it brighter.
