Project Comments: Multiple leaks on the old areas of roof where CentiMark has not yet started the re-roofing have been reported and repaired. There was a leak that occurred after the old membrane had been torn off, and snow that was on top of the HVAC unit melted and leaked into the building during the daily construction. CentiMark is working to remedy the situation.
