Project Concerns: If there is a 40% chance or higher for precipitation no tear-off will be started. Forecast indicates that there will be multiple days this week. Work has been delayed and will see continued delayed due to precipitation.

Safety Initiatives:   Temporary Safety Flags & Rails.

Project Comments:  Roofing has been started on Bldg E and will continue onto Bldg F. Much of the larger main sections have been completed. Work will now move onto the storefront areas which will progress much slower than the main areas. Work is progressing on schedule and should be completed as expected if work continues as it has.  Please Note: minor wrinkling of the membrane during the winter months is to be expected because of temperature swings.  This will tighten up as the summer months arrive.
