Project Concerns: If there is a 40% chance or higher for precipitation no tear-off will be started. Forecast indicates that there will be rain/snow multiple days this week. Work has been delayed and will see continued delays due to precipitation.

Project Comments: In an attempt to finalize this project before an upcoming week of precipitation, multiple crews worked on this roof to complete the membrane layout.  A few final details will need to be completed, the site cleaned and the  download of equipment on Wednesday will totally complete this project.
