School Sponsored Activities

Co-Curricular and Other School-Sponsored Activities 

Each student seeking this certificate shall demonstrate an interest in global citizenship through active participation and leadership in at least four (4) co-curricular and other school-sponsored or endorsed activities in grades 9-12.  

Approved Cedarburg High School co-curricular and other school-sponsored activities include:

• German Club

• French Club

• Spanish Club

• International Club

• International Board Game Club

• Envirothon Team

• Cultural Diversity Club

• Participation in a Global Scholars sponsored travel abroad program or educational tour.

• Participation in a Cedarburg High School world language sponsored travel abroad program or educational tour.

• Global Scholars Club:  Participation in a variety of Global Scholars sponsored events during morning resource period.

Approved Educational Tours 

• German: GAPP (German-American Exchange Program)

• French: CHS & Lycée Gabriel Fauré Exchange Program

• Spanish Club

Note:  Students do not need to participate in an international educational tour in order to qualify for the Global Scholars certification.
