Mr. Tony Mudra
An energetic and collaborative music educator, Mr. Tony Mudra has more than 18 years of experience in international and Wisconsin high/middle schools as well as at the university level.
Originally from the North Shore area (Nicolet grad), Mr. Mudra is thrilled to be entering his 3rd year at Cedarburg High School after teaching internationally in Norway and in the Wisconsin school districts of Hudson, River Falls and Jefferson. Additionally, he was a teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee while completing his Master of Music in Choral Conducting in 2020 under the direction of Dr. Zack Durlam.
He is dedicated to improving student learning and musical growth through hands-on experiences and meaningful assessment; nurturing student well-being through positive relationships and a fun, safe classroom; achieving school goals; and bringing high-caliber performances to the community.
Mr. Mudra has directed 30+ choir/band ensembles (15-110 students) of varying skill levels and been invited to be a guest conductor or accompanist for 11 regional and international events.
The strong educational program at CHS coupled with the strong arts community in Cedarburg is a great combination benefitting all families and students. Let's make some music, Bulldogs!
