Attendance Protocols 

The standard for attendance is 97% for CedarBridge Academy

95% for the Ministry of Education 

Reporting an Absence 

1. Email cba-attendance@cedarbridge.doe.bm (should include child's full name, year level, the reason for absence, date, and time/duration of the appointment/absence. (You can also use the school App)

2. Email your child's teachers to notify them 

3. Have the student follow up with their teachers to complete missed assignments 

NOTE: A doctor's note should be sent to the school for absences longer than 2 days.

Tracking Your Child's Attendance 

Please use PowerSchool to track your child's attendance, you can also email your child's advisor for an updated attendance report. 

All students should be at school by 8:25AM everyday.

*All students must maintain an average of 97% attendance.

*3 tardies = 1 absent

*In 35 day window (schools days), if a student misses 1 day of school they would have 97% attendance. 

Student ID’s are a must. The cost is $15 for a replacement ID.

Entrance/Building Safety Protocols
