I am Mrs. Ohm, and I am so excited to continue adventuring in science with the students of Saint Matthew School! I became the science lab teacher in 2017, but I have been teaching for 30 years. I earned by BA in Elementary Education from Wheaton College in Illinois, and I have a Masters of Education in Talent Development from Ashland University.
I have lived in Gahanna with my husband, Steve, since 1996. We have three grown children and two beagles, who are our fur babies. I love to read, walk, and travel.
STEM is my passion, and I hope to instill a love for science, technology, engineering, and math in your child. We will be doing so many hands-on activities and experiments in the lab during school hours, and the older students have the opportunity to extend their learning with after school clubs. My goal is for each child to develop a sense of wonder in the world God created.
