At CDNIS, we prioritize the safety and privacy of our students while also recognizing the importance of capturing memorable moments. To ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all attendees, we have established the following policy regarding photo and video taking during SEASAC Swimming 2024.

General Guidelines:

• During SEASAC Swimming 2024 which involves multiple schools and athletes, official photographers/videographers may be present to capture the event.

• CDNIS will communicate in advance if there will be official event photography and the purpose of the captured media.

• Photos and videos taken by official photographers may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by CDNIS.

• Respect the privacy and consent of all individuals present, including students, staff, and guests from other schools.

• Do not interfere with the flow of the event or cause inconvenience to others while taking photos or videos.

• Respect the event guidelines and any specific instructions provided by SEASAC Swimming 2024 organizers.

Consent and Release:

• By attending SEASAC Swimming 2024, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded during the event.

Reporting Concerns:

If any attendee has concerns regarding unauthorized photo or video taking, they should immediately notify event staff or school representatives, who will address the matter promptly and appropriately. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this photo and video-taking policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and support.
