Upper School Principal
Dear Athletes & Coaches,
Welcome to Canadian International School of Hong Kong! We are excited to host the SEASAC Swimming Tournament and to welcome you into our school and community.
SEASAC provides an opportunity for students from around the region to come together in a single community of athletes. All of you will be taking the plunge and putting forward your best effort on behalf of your schools. I encourage you to challenge yourselves and each other, and also to celebrate together as personal bests are achieved and perhaps new records set. Take pride in your own performance and cheer on those around you.
I want to recognize the efforts of our Head of Aquatics, Mr. Darren McHugh and our Athletic Director, Mr. Geoff Slade, both of whom invested so much effort to create this tournament, the first SEASAC event that our school has hosted in several years.
I hope that you have a wonderful experience at the tournament and are able to take some time to enjoy the exciting city of Hong Kong during your stay.
Sincerely,
David Butler

Dear SEASAC Swimming Teams,
On behalf of Darren McHugh, Aquatics Director, and myself, Geoff Slade, Athletics Director, we are delighted to welcome you to Canadian International School of Hong Kong for the SEASAC Swimming Competition.
Over the course of the competition, we anticipate witnessing remarkable displays of skill, competition, and, most importantly, the embodiment of outstanding teamwork and sportsmanship that makes SEASAC competitions truly extraordinary and unforgettable.
We take immense pride in hosting this prestigious tournament and wish all competitors the very best of luck in their respective events. We hope you achieve new personal bests and forge lasting memories during your time here. There will be opportunities for you to connect and build friendships with student-athletes from across Southeast Asia. It is through these connections that the spirit of sportsmanship is strengthened, leaving a lasting impact far beyond the pool.
