1. For the ATIR/ABR, only cooperatives with a BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption (CTE), including those with expired CTEs, are required to submit. Cooperatives without a CTE are no longer required to submit. Please submit the soft copy through this link. https://bit.ly/ATIR-ABR

2. For the Sworn Statement, ensure that all fields are properly filled out, with an ID photo attached and signed before notarization. After notarization, scan and submit it through this link. https://bit.ly/Sworn

3. For the Audited Financial Statement, scan and submit the soft copy through this link https://bit.ly/AFS-upload

4. For the submission of your report in the CAIS, please submit it through this link https://cs.cda.gov.ph/cais/users/login

5. For cooperatives with Branches and Satellites, there are additional forms that need to be submitted through the website link https://dors.my.canva.site/simplified-reports-for-primary-micro-cooperatives

After all documents have been submitted, there is no need to submit hard copies anymore. Just wait for the payment instructions.
