The Bus

My idea was to paint a painting of my car because I and my friends are always driving in my car and listing to music.  It came out to be exactly what I imagined.   Like I mentioned before me and my friends are always in my car ( which we call the bus) and listing to music and I have so best memories of that. I started by Painting the background black because I wanted it to be at night. Then I drew the car and then painted it which took the longest. Then after that, I added the little details then I was done. I use paint brushes only and all different sizes of them. The artwork brings back memories and I want people to think about listing to music in the car. I wrote the bus at the top of the canvas and I printed little musical notes on it to indicate the music that we are listing to. The most difficult thing was painting the car to look the way I wanted it to it took the longest. I just kept working on it and it eventually looked how I wanted it to. I don't think I would change anything I maybe would add some flowers. I think it is realistic/realism because it is what I do in my life. I think the story behind it makes it mine. I love the words at the top and the memories I get when I look at it.
