Will Ginter's "retro vision"

My idea was to make my work a retro theme and I thought that a box tv would be perfect then I wanted to add something on the screen so I put a very popular game on it and I needed the tv to stand on something so I thought about some good movies and I put legs on the tv just like in cloudy with a chance of meatballs. I first got the idea by someone telling me I should do a retro theme so then I add the game on the screen and the legs on it too. I started by using purple chalk and then covered the whole page then I used a darker purple mixing both colors. I used all chalk as a blending stick. This artwork symbols things I used to play and watch when I thought of retro those things came to mind. The most difficult thing I had to do was the leaders and the size and spacing of them. It was very hard to try and keep them all the same. I took plenty of time to make sure they looked good.? This artwork is surreal and a little realistic just because of the tv but mostly surreal. This represents me because the work is different and a combination of many things. I really like the background because the color I made was very cool.
