Reagan Hofer's "First Time for Everything"

These two ceramic bowls are my first projects on the wheel. I didn't really know what I was doing but I just needed to practice bringing my walls out. For the dish on the right, I brought the walls in and trimmed off the top. I made it a very light teal color to match the colors of my room. I think that if I were to do anything differently I would make my pots a lot smoother. I also would have grabbed a bigger chunk of clay because as I continued working on the wheel I found that it was easier to shape a bigger piece of clay. But I couldn't have known that before because it was my first time.
