base line 

In this painting  decided I wanted to focus on background colors and grass textures.I wanted to highlight the shadow of a deer and just a small animal in a field of grass. I chose to make them shadows because there is lots of detailed paintings of animals but I like the style of making shadowed animals. Simply because they seem to look imperfect in a fascinating way. I tried to blend the colors of the sunset and created a realistic grassy look.
