Makayla Hardy "Eye Of The Galaxy"

My idea was to look on Google to find a picture to paint. I got it from my brain and my childhood. My inspiration for this painting was when I was little I always loved galaxy colors or just the galaxy in general and I loved how black the black hole was. 

My process was to look on Google for a picture to paint, but Google didn't have any good paintings or paintings to paint so I thought of what I loved as a child. I used a mix of colors to blend them all together and used acrylic paint to paint.

This was my second painting, so it means you can get better as you practice.   I would my audience to think it is an improvement. 

The most difficult for me was blending it because my colors kept mixing and turning gray or a color not even in the painting.  I overcame the struggle by putting take on the painting so it wouldn't mix. What I would change if I redid this painting would be the shapes because they are all supposed to be squared and circles and you don't see any of those.

The kind of art this is, is realistic because this is a real thing in the universe. It's unique because of the stars, they were really hard and messy but I still did it. What I love about it is how much I improved on my paintings.
