I was to pick from a select pile of realistic drawing. I chose this one because it look like a cool drawing and I felt I could learn new skills from this. 

I just used colored pencil's and a little bit of a blender. I had the original drawing in front of me and I tried my best to re create simular details. It was a very quick to do, but i felt i could have tried harder to get it more realistic. 

This piece of art doesn't have much meaning to me. It was just a random inspiration from a drawing I pulled out. I guess what I would want people to take away from this, is that the most random things can be drawn. If your'e having difficulty finding inspiration just look at the most random things to help spark ideas. 

The difficult part for me what the plate. It's hard to try and draw the red color that deep. That's why I chose just to do it a lighter color with darker outline so you can still tell it's a plate. If I were to restart with the mid terms I could probably choose a different drawing. I would chose one that has more potential. 

 This style is realistic. I liked this project because it challanged you. I had to re create something that was an actual image of something. I had to decide where the shading was meant to be and shadowing.
