My idea for this painting came from my love of giraffes and from Pinterest. I saw cute paintings of giraffes and one that was blowing a bubble which is what I wanted to do. First I painted my background solid blue. When that dried I drew on the giraffe with pencil. Next, I mixed colors and painted the base of the giraffe. Lastly, I added all the details and outlined in sharpie. I did this painting for fun and I want it to give off good vibes. The hardest thing for me was to make the shape I wanted for the giraffe because I was sketching it out and couldn't figure out how I wanted the head of it to be. Another thing that was hard for me was to make the bubblegum so that it actually looks like it is blowing a bubble of gum. If I could start over I would make the bubblegum better or just not add it. The style of art would be abstract and realistic since it is a painting of an animal. The thing I like about it is that it is unique and fun. I also like the different pink colors as spots.
