OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PERFORMANCES AND SPACE:

No LOAD-INS or LOAD-OUTS can occur between 11:20-11:55 and 12:45-1:20.  (These are the lunch hours at Logan HS) Load in must occur before 11:15, between 12-12:30, or after 1:30.

Set will need to travel through the cafeteria (where the bay door is located) to backstage area (see the One Act Maps tab for more information). Set can be stored in the hallways north or west of the auditorium (the stage left side) or on stage left (if your group is about to go on).

Hanging mics and floor mics will be on during the performances.  You can play sound effects through the sound board with an aux cord, (please provide your own dongle, if needed!) The light board is an Ion XE and provides color washes across the stage except at the very front of the apron. Jared Rounds will be available 15 min prior to the start of each one act to assist schools in familiarizing themselves with the light and sound board.

The stage is about 45 feet deep from the furthest DC point to the back and 50 feet wide. The apron itself is 15 feet deep at is greatest point.  We’re hoping that for most, if not all, one acts the 31-38 feet from the front of stage to mid-traveler is enough space to perform.  This would allow for easier setup backstage and transition between groups.  If you feel your group necessitates the use of the whole stage please let us know.

Feedback will occur in a designated area on house right after each performance, or in the little theatre if it is available (rm 170). There are dressing rooms and the band room that the school "on deck" can utilize prior to performance to change and warm-up.

There are vending machines available throughout the school for snacks/water. We ask that the students and any audience members stay in the auditorium area and refrain from wandering in other areas. There are bathrooms and drinking fountains very close to the theatre. When you enter through the west doors of Logan High, the auditorium will be through the cafeteria and down the long big hall toward the east end of the building. We will also have signs and volunteers to assist.

Please remind students and patrons that the content for one acts can vary and may not be suitable for all audience members. There will be signs posted reminding theatre goers that content may drastically vary.
