Digital Citizenship is a topic that should be addressed both formally and informally with all stakeholders. Certain topics will be addressed through Library instruction at various levels. While formal education will happen in Library instruction, it is every teacher's responsibility to address the topics of digital citizenship as they occur organically in the classroom.
