Unleash your inner rockstar by "picking" guitar class! Aspiring musicians will embark on a journey into the world of strumming, melody, and the art of improvisation on the acoustic guitar. The skills acquired here transcend genres, whether you're into rock, country, mariachi, classical, or any style that resonates with your musical soul.

For our budding guitarists at the beginner level, we will provide guitars. However, if you happen to have a guitar in the right size, you're welcome to bring it along. Ensuring the correct instrument size is paramount for your child's success, so please only bring your own guitar if it's the perfect fit. Acoustic guitars only, please.

In addition to the core music class, all campers have the opportunity to choose from a variety of planned recreational and enrichment activities. These options include kickball, fiber arts, bucket drumming, nature walk, conducting, and more, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging summer camp experience.

Students who will be entering grades 4-9 in the fall. Sorry, we cannot accept younger students.

PREREQUISTE SKILLS NEEDED:

None. This class is for absolute beginners; however, returning campers and experienced guitarists are welcome!
