Carpool sign up - please complete this list if you are interested in helping out or need a carpool - When you sign up the spreadsheet will be shared with you so you can contact others on the form -
Community Service Hours - Beginning June 1, 2025 students may begin earning community service hours for the 2025-2025 school year.
Please use this sheet to fill out your hours. In HPT you need 15 community service hours each year. A least 80% (12 hours) have to be health related hours. Health related hours can be anything in a healthcare facility, helping with a organization that is health related, food banks, etc. Helping in a church nursery is not considered to be health related. High School School supplies -
Typically high schools do not sent out a school supply list. Students will receive a syllabus the first day of class which will have any specific supplies for that class. Here are some supplies that most students will need:
Binders (some like an odd day binder and an even day binder)
Folders for each class to keep hw/cw separate
Markers, highlighters, colored pencils, glue sticks, rulers, index cards, construction paper, pens and pencils
Calculator - Alg. 2 students can purchase a graphing calculator for their own personal use but not required (check with math teacher before purchasing)
