Community Service Hours -  you may begin earning community service hours for the 2025-2026 school year.   

Please use this sheet to fill out your hours.   In HPT you need 15 community service hours each year.   A least 80% (12 hours) have to be health related hours.   Health related hours can be anything in a healthcare facility,  helping with a organization that is health related,  food banks, etc.   Helping in a church nursery is not considered to be health related.  Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to email Mrs. Ecroyd - marcie_ecroyd@ccpsnet.net
