Recommendation Letter Request

Please use the following form each time you need a recommendation letter from Mr. Farrell. If you want one from another staff member you should approach them separately.

Hints for recommendation letters:

• Ask early!
• Remind often!
• Choose who you want a recommendation from carefully!
• Create a "resume" to give teachers, counselors, and others to help them create a better recommendation. We will do this in class at some point early this year!
