You will need to add the return date and the departure date on the field trip forms. Also adding in the time (e.g 0800am and 1800pm).
You will also need to sign if your child is riding home with somebody or check if you plan to pick them up UPON return. If your child is riding home with someone, they need an adult to sign giving permission to ride with them.
