O papel do direito na conformação e regulação da empresa e dos mercados
ABSTRACT"The role of Law on the structuring and regulation of corporations and markets" looks forward to analyze the role of law on the structuring of economic activity and economic power ona macroscopic level, intending to understand the relations between economic agents and the way by which Law can be used to promote the constitutional principles of the Economy. This line of research will concentrate its efforts on principiological and methodological matters.
RESUMO"O papel do direito na conformação e regulação da empresa e dos mercados” busca refletir sobre o papel do direito na estruturação da atividade econômica e do poder econômico a nível macroscópico, procurando investigar os meandros das relações entre agentes econômicos e de que maneira o direito pode ser operacionalizado para promover os princípios constitucionais da ordem econômica. A maior ênfase das reflexões do eixo se dá nas perspectivas principiológicas e metodológicas.
