UNIVERSITY OF BRASILIA RESEARCH GROUP ON CONSTITUTION, CORPORATION AND MARKET
The Research Group on Constitution, Corporation, and Market (Portuguese acronym GECEM) is a university-based research group focused on constitution, corporation and market legal issues from the perspective of the regulatory practice in Brazil and abroad. Founded in 2012 at the University of Brasilia, GECEM hosts its activities at the University of Brasilia School of Law Center on Law and Regulation. GECEM has played a key role in hosting an academic environment for collaboration between professors, students, lawyers, and policy makers, building bridges for a better understanding of the ongoing regulatory changes in corporate and market regulation.
GRUPO DE ESTUDOS SOBRE CONSTITUIÇÃO, EMPRESA E MERCADO DA UNB
O Grupo de Estudos em Constituição, Empresa e Mercado, da Universidade de Brasília (GECEM/UnB), é um grupo de pesquisa e trabalho registrado, por intermédio do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da UnB, no Diretório de Grupos de Pesquisa do CNPq e integrante de seu Núcleo de Direito Setorial e Regulatório. O Grupo de Estudos em Constituição, Empresa e Mercado da Universidade de Brasília (GECEM/UnB) traduz em seu percurso os reflexos dos novos horizontes e dos renovados desafios colocados à atividade regulatória do Estado brasileiro pelas transformações da relação entre o direito público e privado, em especial no tocante à posição relativa da empresa em relação a questões constitucionais e de mercado.
