The "Constitution, Corporation and Market" e-book results from the collective research effort developed by Professor Ana Frazão and her Master's and Doctoral students from the University of Brasilia School of Law, during the "Legal Architecture of Markets" course, offered in the first semester of 2016. This book was structured on GECEM's three main branches: (i) The role of Law on the structuring and regulation of corporations and markets; (ii) Corporation, economic power and economic activity in its organizational and functional dimensions; and (iii) Corporation, technology, communication and market. Constituição, Empresa e Mercado
O livro eletrônico Constituição, Empresa e Mercado é resultado do esforço conjunto de pesquisa desenvolvido pela Profª Ana Frazão e pelos alunos de Mestrado e Doutorado do programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade de Brasília, no âmbito da disciplina "Arquitetura Jurídica dos Mercados" no primeiro semestre de 2016. A obra foi pensada a partir dos três principais eixos que estruturam o GECEM: (i) O papel do direito na conformação e regulação da empresa e dos mercados; (ii) Empresa, poder econômico e atividade econômica em suas dimensões organizacionais e funcionais; e (iii) Empresa, tecnologia, comunicação e mercado.
