In The Loop
Updates for the Parents/Carers of Christ’s College Finchley
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Dear families,
Year 10 pupils have now completed their mock examinations and we are very proud of how they have navigated the rigours of an examination timetable. Pupils were impressive with the maturity and focus with which they arrived at school each day, ready and prepared, and the resilience pupils have learned and shown over the exam period will stand them in good stead for the pressures of public examinations. Pupils will receive their grades during the mock results afternoon on Monday 11 May 2026 but, regardless of the final marks, every pupil has achieved a significant milestone.
The public examinations are now beginning and I know that pupils, supported by their families and school staff, are working hard to prepare for these important examinations. I am well aware that public examinations are understandably an anxious time; should you or your child need additional support, please contact the school via info@ccfplus.com or, for safeguarding concerns: safe@ccfplus.com.
Finally, I am sure you will join me in wishing luck to Ms Pullan, Assistant Headteacher, and Mr Rickman, Head of PE, who are taking part in the London Marathon on Sunday. They have raised an impressive amount for their chosen charities, including £558 each from donations via ParentPay - thank you. I would like to wish you all a lovely weekend in the sunshine.
Kind regards,
Dr Ruth Hill
Headteacher
