Exam Information

Exam Registration

To earn IB credit, which could translate to college credit, students will need to register for IB assessments.  This includes Internal Assessments which are completed throughout the course of the year and External Assessments which are exams that take place in May 2023.  At Churchville-Chili, we believe that completing all the assessments, including sitting for the exam, is an integral part of the IB experience.  For this reason, any student that is interested in registering for IB credit will be required to submit their commitment and payment by November 1, 2022 (only students sitting in IB Science classes and the second year of all other IB classes would register now).

Payment Procedures

The cost is $119 for each subject and is due by Tuesday, November 1, 2022. The fee is non-refundable, should your child not complete any or all of the required assessments.

Payments can be made :

• By check.  Make your check payable to Churchville-Chili Central School and complete the enclosed form that is included with this letter with your child’s name and IB subjects they are eligible to register for in the May 2023 session.  Return the completed form to Mrs. Post in the Senior High Room #1324.

• By credit card.  You will need to register through our Continuing Education website.  Use the code IBEX23 when registering for subjects.

Provisions have been made for reduced exam fees in case of financial hardship, provided you are approved for free or reduced lunch.  Please direct all inquires to the IB Coordinator.  Please note – if you are eligible for a discount and plan to pay online, please contact the Continuing Education Office at 293-4429 PRIOR to registering to have your invoice adjusted.
