The following should take place after you have received your cap, gown, and tassel:

• When you get home, open your cap and gown package and hang your gown immediately. Over time, your gown will flatten out and wrinkling with smooth.

• Do not iron your gown. The material will melt.

• Tassels can fall off of the caps. Do not wear your tassel for the March of the Senior Saints.

• On the night of graduation, you can twist and loop the tassel around the top button of the cap to hold it more securely.
