The Georgia Department of Education provides the following definition for U.S. History:
“The high school United States History course provides students with a comprehensive, intensive study of major events and themes in United States history. Beginning with early European colonization, the course examines major events and themes throughout United States history. The course concludes with significant developments in the early 21st century.” CP United States History is a collaborative teaching effort here at Grovetown High School, and includes myself, Mr. Andrew Anderson?, Mr. Brett Carter, Mr. Mark Epps, Ms. Alaina Smith, and Ms. Memory Stelter. As a team, we plan and implement all instruction for the course throughout the school year. This provides a greater depth of ideas with regard to the course's content and, hopefully, a richer learning experience for the students. Toggle the "CP United States History" drop-down tab at the top of the page for additional class content. Welcome and I look forward to learning together this year! -- Mr. Speed
