Below is the link to the flipgrid activity. Please record your video of your weather forecast, the location must be real however, the weather can be made up but realistic to that area. Nothing out of the ordinary, if you want to talk about a hurricane then make sure you pick is a location that is likely to experience a hurricane. If you have would like to talk about snow, please make sure the area is one that would experience snow, etc.
Write out a script, create a weather map that shows your area of forecast.
1.) Please be sure to have a creative introduction.
2.) You must include: location/region, high and low temperatures, the possibility of rain(percentage), mention any dangerous conditions and what to be careful of like wind, tornadoes, hurricanes, thunder, and lightning etc, how hot or dry the weather will be.
3.) Encourage viewers to enjoy something during your predicted weather.
4.) Provide some safety precautions.
5.) Have a signature close. (example: Thank you for tuning in to WGBE for your up to date weather news. Stay safe, Augusta)
