U14 Volleyball is played on a badminton court (13.4m x 6.1m).
A badminton net can be used if a volleyball net is not available.
Taller posts, similar to the Harrod VB5 Socketed Volleyball Posts can be used.
Year 8 tend to play over a lower net than Year 9 & 10 players.
If you want more portable nets that can be used indoors or outdoors, then Decathlon 's Copaya net might be the answer.
The sevice zone is all along the base line, not restricted to the right corner as shown in this image.
All U16 and U18 tournaments use a court with dimensions 18m x 9m.
All U16 tournaments and U18 girls tournaments are played over a net at 2.24m.
U18 Boys tournaments are played with a net height of 2.43m.
We recommend posts that are fixed to the floor, either by:
sockets in the floor, like these socketed posts from Harrod
multiple screwdowns, like these competition posts from Harrod.
There are also cheaper posts available, with single screw-downs, like these Continental club posts
