This coaching guide is intended to help new coaches develop their teams to a competitive level in schools volleyball. 

NIVA Schools Volleyball has 2 levels: 

• KS3 competitions are 4-a-side tournaments

• U16 and U18 tournaments are 6-a-side tournaments.
