We are excited to offer our students the convenience of purchasing food, drinks, and other available items through the Cornerstone Café. To make purchases simple and efficient, Café transactions are managed through a prepaid account in FACTS Financial.

How the Cornerstone Café Pre-Pay Account Works

Families can add funds to their student’s Cornerstone Café Pre-Pay Account through FACTS Financial. Each time your student makes a purchase at the Café, the cost will be deducted from the available prepaid balance.  Because this is a prepaid account, we ask that families maintain sufficient funds in the account before purchases are made. If a purchase is made when sufficient funds are not available, the account will reflect a negative balance. Families are responsible for bringing any negative balance current and maintaining funds for future purchases.  We encourage you to monitor your student’s Café balance regularly and add funds as needed.

Managing Your Account

Families can log in to their FACTS SIS portal and click on the financial tab to view their balance and add funds for Cornerstone Café purchases.  We recommend maintaining an appropriate balance based on how frequently your student plans to make purchases at the Café.  We appreciate your partnership as we work to make the Cornerstone Café a convenient and enjoyable option for our students.
