We kindly ask all presenters to follow the guidelines below.
▇ Oral Presentation
• Please use your own laptop for the presentation.
• The connection to the projector will be via an HDMI cable.
• Please bring your own adapter if your device does not support HDMI
(e.g., USB-C, DisplayPort).
• The recommended slide aspect ratio is either 4:3 or 16:9.
• If you plan to use videos or audio, please make sure they work properly in advance.
• A laser pointer will be provided by the organizers
▇ Poster Presentation
• Poster size : The poster size should be A0 or smaller.
• Mounting materials :Push pins and other materials for mounting will be provided
by the organizing committee.
• Setup and removal schedule:
Setup : During registration on Day 2 or in the morning coffee break.
Removal : After the conference ends on Day 3.
• Core time:
During the coffee breaks on Day 2 and Day 3.
Presenters are also encouraged to stay near their posters after lunch as much as possible.
• Poster number and location:
Please check your presentation number indicated on the poster board.
• Poster removal:
Posters not removed by the designated time will be discarded by the organizers.
