Conducting a self-assessment of my teaching performance with my cooperating teacher (CT) as my observer was a profoundly insightful experience.

As I meticulously evaluated my execution inside the classroom, I scrutinized every aspect of my teaching practice, from instructional strategies to classroom management techniques.
