🎁 *Instead, we encourage you to consider contributing something useful or an accessory made from non-expensive materials to gift the entire class if you wish to celebrate your child's special day with their classmates. It's completely optional, and we appreciate any gesture of goodwill.*

Let's Nourish Our Young Learners 🥦🍇🍛 with  AVPSFazilka Nourish-U at everyday moves!

At AVPSFazilka  we're committed to your child's well-being, including their diet. A balanced diet fuels growth, learning, and success. 🌱📚

We've noticed similar lunches among our young learners, missing out on diverse nutrients and flavors. We want to change that. Starting  from Monday ,11 Sep.,2023 , let's offer nutritious, varied meals from Monday to Saturday. We'll provide weekly meal ideas. 🥪🥗🍏

Some Ideas on Meal Chart:

Mon: Veg Pulao, Yogurt, Fresh Fruits 🍚🍓

Tue: Roti, Paneer Veg., Green Salad 🍛🥗

Wed: Brown Rice, Dal, Mixed Veg Curry 🍛🥦

Thu: Idli, Sambhar, Coconut Chutney 🍛🥥

Fri: Whole Wheat Sandwiches 🥪

Sat: Sprouts Chaat, Fruit Salad 🍲🍉

Adapt to your child's taste. Let's promote healthy habits together. 🍽️👦👧
