Integrity Management Solutions, LLC is a family owned business based in Alsea Oregon. Chris and Nancy Giggy, together with their son, Josh, created IMS in early 2018, combining their more than 50 years of design and construction related work experience. The company is owned jointly by Chris and Nancy, each providing their particular expertise.

Chris’ career spans three decades working as a professional engineer, project manager, construction contractor and business leader for both mid-size local firms and large multi-national corporations. Nancy brings extensive experience in administration to the business, including working for City and County jurisdictions in Development, Public Works and HR. With both military and civilian demolition and construction experience, Josh provides years of on-site expertise, quality assurance and document control. Together, they form a dynamic construction management team.
