We’ve updated our Corporate Handbook regarding holiday usage.
To support rest and wellbeing while still providing flexibility:
Employees must take at least 60% of their annual holiday entitlement each year.
Any unused balance beyond this (up to 40%) can be compensated financially.
Please note, the total number of holidays still depends on your agreement and local labor laws.
We strongly encourage everyone to take time off to rest and recharge, as this remains a core value for us. At the same time, this policy ensures fair flexibility for those who may not be able to use all of their holiday days.
The current rule on carrying over up to 5 unused holidays into the following year remains unchanged. These carried-over days must be used before the end of that year.
