The Human Resources departmen is dedicated to fostering a strong, values-driven workplace. Led by the People & Culture Manager at the group level, the team includes HR representatives in each country (currently Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia) who provide local support and handle administrative tasks. 

Our responsibilities span recruitment, team development, employee engagement, and ensuring workplace policies align with our values, compliance with labor law, and creating a supportive and thriving work environment.
