All Sheckler students will be issued a district-owned iPad this year. The iPads will be used both in school and at home to complete and turn in work. The iPads will be taken home by each student daily. It is important that the iPad is charged each evening so that it is fully charged and ready to use at school each morning.

There will be a $10 insurance fee to cover any damage if it should occur.

Our Sheckler teachers will use the iPads from week one so that students become comfortable with the technology and the applications we will use. If we have to pivot back to online learning in a virtual environment, students will not only have an iPad, they will also be able to use it more confidently and successfully to complete school work and interact with teachers and classmates when, and if necessary.
