Rising 9th Grade Information

Hi there Arndt 8th graders!

We are excited to be having you join the Indian Tribe next year at SSHS! Here you can find information on the upcoming registration process for your 9th grade year.

Monday, Feb. 23rd - Friday, Feb. 27th

SSHS School Counselors will be back down to Arndt to meet with face-to-face students and collect registration paperwork. Please note, registration papers MUST BE SIGNED by a parent/guardian.

Below you will find the Curriculum Guides for the 2026-27 school year. Please utilize these booklets to gain knowledge and understanding of CCS policies, expectations, graduation requirements and course selections.

**The CTE Course Guide will list out ALL CTE courses offered across our district, please note that St. Stephens only offers courses that are offered at "All High Schools" or list an "S" in the description.**

Virtual 8th Grade Students

Ms. Hall sent out the following messaging on February 11th about registration information and events:

"Based on this information, and in collaboration with our districts amazing high school counselors, we are able to offer a virtual information session and an in-person registration day for our 8th graders this year! Please see details below and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Agenda:

15-20 minutes: CCS HS Information (recap of the CCS presentation from 2/10/26 for those who attended) with Dr. McCreary
The remaining time we will be in breakout rooms for each CCS high school. A counselor will share registration details specific to the process for their school.

Friday, 3/6/26 from 9:00 - 11:00 at ASU/NCCET

In-Person HS Registration

HS Counselors will be on site at NCCET/ASU to register students for high school classes.
